Crowded Reviews

These are people who don't care about code quality. These are people who put their own uninformed, unimaginable, dated, half-baked ideas in front of their team. They have ignored very basic, obvious warnings and directed the team into really frustrating problems that could have easily been avoided if they knew what they were doing (or just listened to people)

Micromanagement from the executive team who have ZERO experience with computer programming. A bag of rocks would have more brainpower than the entire management team, and that might be giving them too much credit. We promise people jobs, but in reality it would be impossible to place them anywhere. Sad!
