Pros

This company has no pros.

Cons

The CEO is probably the most incompetent and frustrating person I’ve ever worked for. If you have any sort of common sense, please do yourself a favor and avoid working for this company at all costs. I would rate this company zero stars if it were possible. - Everything is a total facade. The CEO will give you the impression that this is a legitimate business BUT around the 2-week mark of working here, the lack of structure becomes blatantly obvious. There’s no clear defined goal for this company — everything is drawn up by idealistic approaches that lead to nowhere. There are no career advancements so be forewarned: you’re basically wasting your time and energy here for just a paycheck. And most likely that paycheck will be way below industry’s average. - Offers no benefits. None. - There are no long-term employees — no one can tolerate this place for longer than a year. Usually when the 5-6 month mark hits, they are frantically trying to find another job because they realize how much of a mess this place is. - There was no orientation of any sort. No real paperwork to fill out either. - The most unpunctual CEO I’ve ever worked for. You’ll spend most of your time waiting on him. He will disappear for weeks/months and you’ll not hear a word from him — most times he won’t even notify you in advance. - Incredibly unprofessional. You will not be supplied with your own equipment — you will use your own personal items to do work. Instead of using a business credit card for transactions, he will ask you to pay for things with your own money. Never sends paystubs unless you ask for it and occasionally will be late with your payments. - Poor internal communication between CEO and other employees. Most employees are either outsourced or remote. Emails between the CEO are incredibly vague and 98% of the time leaves employees scrambling to try to figure out what is going on. You can try to put in good work but he’ll find a way to disapprove of it because he never gives a clear direction on what he wants. - Constant back and forth when it comes to assignments. Have something to work on? The next week it will be forgotten because he has another “great” idea that he wants you to work on. Repeat cycle. You will spend a lot of your energy on tasks that will never come into fruition because of this. - Lack of morals and ethics. Pressuring employees to leave “good” reviews on platforms. Citing numerous of companies as sponsors without obtaining their permission. There are so many parts of this business that makes me question what is actually genuine because he’s so desperate for social media likes and revenue. - CEO is entitled and treats his employees as personal assistants. You’ll eventually be running personal errands for him. You aren’t being compensated for any of this. - Being verbally abusive to his employees when they’re trying to do their job. He cannot handle any constructive criticism and becomes confrontational when you try to help make improvements to the company. I can’t count how many times he has jeopardized a business opportunity over this. This is why all of his businesses are failing. Hard. - One of the most aggravating things about working for this place? The lack of professionalism really diminishes the reputation that you’re trying hard to build for in your career. If you decide to work for this place, you might as well toss everything you were taught NOT to do out the window. It doesn’t apply here.

Pros

I wish I could list some pros, but in all honesty everything is a facade to make it appear as if there’s an actual running business.

Cons

Where to begin... - lack of direction - lack of professionalism - lack of industry experience and knowledge - networking opportunities were ruined by the management here - if you want to maintain your professional reputation, do not work here or associate yourself with the owner/management - lack of office supplies or even keys - no official onboarding process - below industry average pay - tying back to lack of professionalism, the leadership will yell at you and blame you for their lack of understanding and experience. 100% saddest place I could ever describe. If the leadership was professional and respectable I’d rate the place higher, but honestly there’s not much going for this business... if you can even call it that.

Pros

None. Literally None. If the company would have even maintained clean/hygienic workplace, I would have given that a plus. But no, nothing good about this place.

Cons

The company and the management, especially Asheesh Jain, are actually meant to be together because both are good for nothing. It's basically a scam company to cheat people. There are so many cons about the company and Asheesh that one can write a book on it. Right from unhygienic workplace to no structure/policy to low-class staff to zero understanding real marketing to 3rd grade clients to unethical work practices. Everything and anything about this place can be rated below 1. Asheesh is a professional cheater. He would use your credentials and do his business benefit and when there is nothing more to do or he is unable to perform, he will kick you out. He should be actually be tied on the middle of the road and should be beaten by foot wears. He is definitely unethical, unprofessional, unreliable, absolutely stupid guy. He behaves and boss around like he knows everything and in reality he doesn't even know fundamentals of professionalism, forget the industry. I would strongly recommend to hang up the call if the HR calls for opening in this place forget joining. They would actually make absolute fool out of you and when you realize, they will kick you out. They have been doing this business since long and many innocent people have been their target. PLS PLS PLS DON'T JOIN THIS PLACE.
