Office location, on-time salary, and parties.

Cons

The office culture is very toxic. The top management doesn't expect you to make a single mistake and they will abuse you in front of everybody if you happen to make one. No growth whatsoever. Unsafe for women. People get hired and fired within days depends upon the mood of MD.

- calm and professional environment - lots of room for learning new aspects of media - INS accreditation - Market credibility and brand acceptance amongst clients

Cons

- Performance Driven company and only if you are performing you can stick around, no place for non performers or people who don't take self initiative and don't have a growth mindset
