few pros, many cons. think twice before joining because i assure you, you will not like it.
Pros
- Pantry is well stocked. - Decent client portfolio that can build your exposure. - Able to gain hands on experience as you technically do everything since the company lacks manpower lol.
Cons
- extremely high turnover rate which creates instability and workload issues. - poor communication and lack of transparency from upper management. - company has 3 different bosses with conflicting ideas, making it hard to align your work. - bosses expects last minute tasks to be completed urgently regardless of how busy you are. there is little planning or respect for lead time. - when other colleagues fail to respond, you’re still the one getting reprimanded. lol - colleague and bosses expects you to ot otherwise you will be viewed differently. the ot is crazy, everyone ot with no compensation.
