Pros

If you're lucky they may schedule for the shop you put in for.

Cons

This is one of the worst mystery shopping companies to work for. Schedulers that screw up their one job. Bait and switch; you sign up for one shop, and they tease you into a different shop that they want to complete. Real garbage.

Pros

- The company provides staff members with flexible hours. - The company provides some benefits, which is nice for remote work.

Cons

- There is little to no training provided when you start. - The training and feedback that is provided is inconsistent depending on who is giving the feedback. - Contradictory feedback. - Reports are completed by freelancers and are sent to editors incomplete, slowing the process down and adding to the editor's workload. - Time constraints are not realistic because the quality of the reports vary heavily and cannot be always be completed in the same amount of time. - There is very limited communication and feedback.
