Pros
Social environment is great. Management try to be as supportive as possible. Issues are addressed politely and you feel valued. Shift/rota flexibility as well as hybrid work. Opportunities for starting a clinical career. Many lateral movements available career-wise
Cons
Awkward business model - organization doesn't have much control over budget as it's NHS funded. Not much room to grow/ evolve into more senior roles that scale

Cons
Your time here is dependant on your manager. Sadly the senior leadership is now made up of bullies and incompetence. The senior management/ board at the GP alliance do not care one bit about the staff
