Social environment is great. Management try to be as supportive as possible. Issues are addressed politely and you feel valued.
Shift/rota flexibility as well as hybrid work.
Opportunities for starting a clinical career. Many lateral movements available career-wise
Cons
Awkward business model - organization doesn't have much control over budget as it's NHS funded.
Not much room to grow/ evolve into more senior roles that scale
Good flexibility to try and find a work life balance
Cons
Your time here is dependant on your manager. Sadly the senior leadership is now made up of bullies and incompetence. The senior management/ board at the GP alliance do not care one bit about the staff
