      Pros

      You can always grow if you actually are interested and don't just do it for the sake of getting recognised. Proactiveness is highly appreciated.

      Cons

      Everyone complains claiming lack of communication, which I disagree. Once you step into management you understand how decisions are taken and why. At the end of the day it's a business and not charity.
