Meaningful mission - you really do help learners change their lives. Ownership from day one - I got to execute on ideas that made a visible impact. Strong editorial standards + real data - you learn fast with both. Smart, kind teammates - low ego, high standards, great collaboration. Mentorship and growth - thoughtful feedback, chances to stretch into strategy. Flexibility - results-focused, remote-friendly, healthy expectations.
Cons
Not really. Covering multiple "verticals" in terms of subjects and different growth opportunities demands good time management. But this always excited me.

This small-but-mighty team really punches above its weight when it comes to making an impact on Canada's education landscape, supporting institutions across the country while always keeping in mind its north star goal of preparing Canadians for the future of work. Fully remote, incredibly flexible, this is a company that dreams big but supports its employees to achieve those goals.
