Let's start with why Counter exists - to remind the public that a big part of at least half the population puts harmful products on their skins DAILY. We can do beauty better! I have never worked in a company that makes their mission so central to the company's identity. Decades in different offices taught me to not waste time in a company where unpleasant people erected obstacles that were unrelated to the central mission. Counter is all about pleasant people and sticking to the goal.
