      Pros

      Lots to learn and you get to wear many hats.

      Cons

      They hire inexperienced developers, squeeze them till they burnout and when developer leaves eventually, they just repeat the process. Codebase is a mess because of this. Management has no relevant experience and the developer is who gets blamed for any delays in the projects. No bonuses, equity or fair appraisals.
