The company treats us like their own family. They are very welcoming. Our bosses are very nice, kind, and warm to everyone. They have professionalism and work ethics, and they really love Filipinos. They give birthday cakes, gifts, and gift checks to their employees every birthday. And the incentives for sales are very high.

Low opportunities for salary increase for back office employees because there is no structured salary increase or promotion policy yet.
