Pros
Salary and benefits are super good, but what really makes the difference at CoreView is the amazing team and how the leaders recognize the hard work, and that translates not only in verbal feedback but also in prizes and salary increase (without the employee having to beg for it). There's Trivia every week and every now and then some other cool activities like virtual escape room, Christmas contests, team lunch/dinner which helps a lot in getting to know each other even in these turbulent times. Also, CoreView is my first job in another country, and I was so warmly welcomed that I don't really even think about leaving.
Cons
Not much to say really, but in my case always trying to perform as well as my colleagues can be stressful at times.
