Pros
The staff are really great people who take pride in their work. Work life balance was great as well.
Cons
Extreme lack in transparency and communication, restulting very high turnover rate. During an aquisition of another company, the employees weren't notified until a few days prior. Even after the merging of both companies it is clear upper management is unaware of the direction of the company and it's software. Very old school mind sets and a serious lack of diversity.
