      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, new industry, remote workspace.

      Cons

      Huge nepotism across company, No 401k, no bonus, no resources, no guidance, President of the company has no knowledge of how to run business. Relies heavily on thinking if we have product we can sell it which is not true. Company does do illegal acts that can cause investigation from the Feds, if someone sends in an anonymous tip. Also tons of high up people are taking cuts under the table with vendors. Many people are in leadership positions that have not earn to be, which leads to teams having no guidance or succession plans for career growth.

      Pros

      Spreading access to cannabis across the globe giving people an alternative to pharmaceutical drugs and alcohol. Unlimited vacation Work from home Started off as a very inspiring company to work for.

      Cons

      Total chaos. Constant reorganization, role shifting, changing direction, switching partners and very little communication from leadership on why and how to move forward. Long hours. High stress. Constant problem solving. Hard work is not rewarded. Heavy preference to men and anyone in Berner or Parker’s inner circle regardless of qualification or quality of performance. Total boys club, majority of women at company are not respected and do not receive same treatment or perks as male counterparts. Super negative environment.
