Pros

Great exposure to global e-commerce clients and industries Strong learning environment, especially for SDRs early in their careers Supportive and collaborative team culture Remote work flexibility and good work-life balance in many teams Opportunity to take ownership and experiment with outreach strategies Leadership is approachable and open to feedback in most cases Good understanding of conversion rate optimization and real impact on client revenue

Cons

Processes can sometimes feel unstructured or still evolving Workload can get intense, especially during high-growth phases Compensation may not always be the most competitive compared to the market Growth paths and role clarity could be more defined in some teams Expectations can be high, which may feel challenging without clear systems in place

Pros

None, can't even say working remotely is a pro because this organisation (should I even be using that word for this hell hole?) is absolutely disgusting (especially for freshers).

Cons

Everything, having this tag is literally hell. You are not meant to be successful if you actually think of working here, trust me.
