      Pros

      Friendly, informal and multicultural team. Remote first with meet ups only when convenient and required. Modern and evolving tech stack with room for experimentation. Flexibility and good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Has experienced some growing pains re: admin and business processes, as primarily this is an engineering focused company. But this is being addressed and improved continually.
