A very unhealthy environment for anyone to work in. The owner smokes in the office and the whole showroom smells. He does not care if smoke bothers his employees or not. He only cares about money. He curses at his employees. The verbal harassment is unreal. You work 50 hours a week with a 45 minute lunch break. You have no sick days, no vacation days, and you are not told this. If you ask for this information, he will most likely fire you. No one but three people there last more than a month there. Its like rotating doors for sales and designers. Do not invest your time in this company. You can not depend on such employer for the long run. He does not care if you have a personal life or even if you have any issues that need to be taken care of. If you need a sick day, you will not be paid. There is no kitchen. You have to email good morning, good night. you also have to clock in using your finger print, you must let them know each time you are using the bathroom. He literally makes everyone come to the point of quitting because he refuses to pay unemployment so if you do not last more than a month there or at the most 5 do not take it personal. This man will smile in your face, but will do everything he can to make you walk out even curse you and degrade you continiously. Be very alert.
