      Not bad, but not good either. No excitement.

      Pros

      This company works well as a steppingstone. Good as your first job. Highly stable but not exciting.

      Cons

      I wish I don't say this but many of the managers lack people skills and quite bland. Feel like they just living in their own bubble. The company can serve as a good steppingstone, but it's advisable to move on quickly. They use proprietary languages, and for developers, advancing to higher positions depends on someone in upper position leaving or being laid off due to the salary ceiling bracket, which isn't particularly high. Operations are highly manual, with no proper tools to streamline work processes. SOP will change every 3-4 months or so. For 2025, they've announced numerous restrictions: no promotions, no salary increases, no business travel, and no bonuses (there was never bonuses)

      Pros

      Very good work life balance. Can also work from home, and they offer flexi hours, which is very useful if you want to work at a different time. No micro managing as well, managers trust you to do your work. There are also opportunities for you to express your opinions about the workplace, as they have surveys and a manager to take your feedback. Got extra activities after work like badminton which is fun. The people here can be fun and are great friends if you manage to find the right people.

      Cons

      Career progression is not really there, can get stuck after a while. Salary is just alright, not impressive, but it is not too low either, just average. Since increment is only average and promotion is not much, there should be bonus, but there isn't. Team building is not included in the work hours, so you will have to replace back the hours and work later after the team building, which is sad when you have to work after the team building at night.

      Pros

      You can definitely work with a lot of good people here and its usually the people that keeps me going. Relatively okay work life balance, can say it has gone down throughout the years but could be worse. Nice pantry, could use better snacks tho. Provides some good to have benefits too, which is always a plus.

      Cons

      Management lacks transparency and competence. Takes feedback but doesn't act on them either way so what's the point? Lots of under-appreciated employees, feels like they would rather hire new people to save costs instead of retaining them. Proprietary programming language might bite back in the future so take note of that. No bonus, increment is below average, salary range at this current point of time is quite underwhelming, at least for a software developer. Doesn't look like management is going towards the right direction and its definitely not the Configura that I joined years ago.
