Upper management stretched too thin for such a small company. Software is all custom development per customer, multiple branches of major versions in development.

Leadership commoditizes workers. No raise without promotion, so very top heavy organization. This creates a short staffed working class, so expect to work more than 40 hours on average with no reward unless you are connected. HR prides themselves on "worst in class" benefits which doesn't attract top level talent or maintain existing employees. Since this is critical in a small/medium sized company, Concurrent is destined for meritocracy at best.
