      Pros

      There are some really good people at the company who work hard and are passionate about what they're doing. It can be a good place to gain great experience especially when a lot of turnover in the department provides unexpected opportunities.

      Cons

      The work environment can be chaotic sometimes. One group doesn't know what the other group is doing but should or a person wants a say and decision in things that are not their area of responsibility. There is wasteful spending but the pay and benefits is on the low side. You may be offered more money when you hand in your resignation after they realize they need to pay more to keep you.
