      No HR department, Poor Management, Terrible Place to work

      Pros

      Exciting product to work on. Exposure to interesting clients.

      Cons

      Literally no human resources department. Extremely poor communication among senior staff. Everything is a crisis and poorly handled. No training/no induction/no standardised ways of doing anything.

      Interesting product and great people working there.

      Cons

      Most of the people working there have been made redundant, Literally just a skeleton crew left and a decent amount of them are contractors. Additionally there is very poor management, no HR or any sort of training, new projects started all the time and pushed onto the team before completing others, very few sales/new clients are made, priorities are never consistent or followed through.
