      Pros

      Work from home/hybrid work environment, which was good.

      Cons

      Management is not good with change and takes too long to implement extremely needed changes. They consider all employees replaceable and would rather lose great employees instead of making the necessary changes to bring their business to the next level. I don't recommend working here as you will get worn out.
