Consistent hours and reliable database and ticketing system. If you find yourself knowledgeable about the products you provide technical support for then you will have an easy time helping end user customers. Benefits provided were good.
Cons
Salary was quite low and you are not recognized for going above and beyond for customers beyond a bit of thanks. Lackluster opportunity for advancement. You can get burnt out answering hundreds of phone calls a week.
