      If the company is really that great, why would the CEO's name be fake? There is no John Kemp here.

      Pros

      none really. However, looking at all the 4 and 5 star ratings on here makes me wonder what have I been missing at work? Am i the only one that is not seeing how great this company is? Do I have to wait until i leave this company to finally realize how great this company is? Since all the 4 and 5 star ratings are from "Former Employees". If the company is that great, why did they leave? Could all these "former employees" actually be the management team trying to write good things on here to try and salvage the company's reputation? I wouldn't be surprised.

      Cons

      Turnover rates.... Take a look at our LinkedIn page and you will find out the amount of people that has left Compustaff. I understand turnovers are really common in this industry, however, the ratio between current employees vs former employees is pretty alarming. I am my self looking to make a move.

      -Keg in the kitchen -Awesome co-workers -Some of management are brutally honest which is great -Close by food stores/gym -Great location to network so you can find another job!

      Cons

      -Turnovers -They pay 35,000-40,000 and claim you work 9-5 but they expect 7am-7pm, which is 12 hours a day for 6 days a week. So the pay should be 50K starting and up every year -They act like this is the best job we could ever have and like we are being paid accordingly which isn't true

Company has a vision and shows constant growth every year. Great commission bonuses Collaborative and and competitive agile environment Opportunity to grow professionally and personally Hard work always pays off Absence of corporate nonsense Located in the heart of Toronto, walking distance from Union station Health and dental insurance after probation period is over

      Takes from 1 to few months to build your pipeline and you commission bonuses to come
