      Very good working culture. Caring people. Flexible hours. Fun and celebrations. Good Salary and Increment as per performance. Opportunities to work on multiple technologies. Good start-up for fresher as he/she will get to learn a lot. Good ideas always open. Work with enjoyment.

      Lack of technical people especially architect and leads. Lack of Project management. Improper Product development without domain knowledge. Inappropriate and changing requirement for development.
