      Pros

      - One of the best companies I've worked in - Skilled team and supportive culture - Smart and engaged people

      Cons

      - Terrible leadership. An answer is always different depending on who you ask - BAU staff constantly forced to operate in an ambiguous environment - 3 rounds of redundancies in 12 months = a leadership team that is not capable of understanding the economic environment, or what's appropriate for the current company goals - People were hired mere weeks before the most recent redundancy round - Leadership team fixated on protecting their own interests, with people's livelihoods being treated as trading cards - Leadership team chose to fire staff over taking pay cuts - Morale has tanked, and may never recover

      - Many very talented and experienced people “on the tools” - very welcoming to new hires and supportive of one another

      Cons

      - Morale has gone off a cliff after two rounds of snap redundancies - “jump before you’re pushed” attitude predominant - Trust in leadership at rock bottom due to how theyve handled layoffs and responded to valid criticisms - One leader spent an entire town hall session in an angry rant blaming staff for the troubles, to the visible discomfort of all who kept their cameras on

      - Amazing people around. Your colleagues really care about you - Self-driven schedule. No one pushes you for work but you are surrounded by motivated colleagues who positively influence you - A quite modern tech stack

      Cons

      - There is no transparency from the senior leadership - No sympathy from the senior leadership - Stopped growing - Understandable huge redundancy happened recently but how emotionally handled was the worst leadership that I've ever seen
