Some people are really toxic, who also have a good relationship with the boss himself. This makes the whole company very mixed culture. great culture with toxic people.

In my view, no substantial action was taken, which only deepened the sense that employee wellbeing was not a priority. - Ultimately, the environment had such an impact on my mental health that I required medical treatment to cope. Even after leaving, the effects have stayed with me.
