      friendly young people i guess

      $58,000 a year. is not worth it for this job. The training of 2.5 weeks was so iffy. Anyways, You gotta be constantly working every minute. With managers walking around you and other teams monitoring your calls. I got a job after for $75,000 a year in accounting the week after them firing me. With way less stress and work to do. If you can find something else to do highly recommend.

      Pros

      Training provided is industry-leading. A complete credit solutions you have no trouble working at any other collections agency.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the role even after a lengthy training period it may be hard for somebody who does not come from a on the phone role to gain confidence in handling customer objections and negotiating payment.
