      Pros

      My co workers were the best, I could always rely on them to bounce off ideas and receive advice.

      Cons

      Management will leave you to figure out problems on your own, but will scold you if they do not like the decisions you made. Emails pile up and you are always cleaning up other people’s issues. Caused me so much stress I could never catch up I was constantly drowning and it was all because they didn’t manage the person before me- it’s everyone for themselves. They don’t care of the mental health of their employees. The only reason they get 2 stars is because my coworkers were incredible.

      Fully remote position, decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      They talk about caring about their employees but they don’t show it. I have also witnessed belittling of employees and partners by management in a group setting.
