Pros

Fortunately, I was working in a decent team.

Cons

1. Loyalty counts 0 in this org. I was long in the tooth with this relatively young org and yet.. no moral compass at the top, when it comes to staff decisions. 2. No idea what they are doing. The most defining elements of the MGMT (CEO, Solutions, mostly) are concerned with vanity metrics, rather than premium or margin based KPIs. 3. Company days are numbered. If they treat employees as they do and sell these totally useless metrics to the investors, there is not much to do.

Pros

70% of the people are nice, mostly those are irish

Cons

- Most of the employees have no experience with insurance - The CEO is a typical former manager of a large management consulting firm, with all the disadvantages that such a consultant can bring (slides slides slides). - Worst of all, he inexplicably hasn't replaced the "top 'D'istribution executive" in years, even though that person hasn't achieved a single success. - This person has already scared away several good people who unfortunately left, even though they were very good. - Now the whole sales team is suffering until today and we are not managing to build a proper sales/growth structure. - All new employees get better contracts when it comes to remote work (flights are paid for, blah, blah, blah). - In this company there are more than 50% managers and less than 50% employees. - So communication between us and the c-level-team is a mess.

We are sorry to read that you have such an impression of Companjon, especially as you paint a picture of the company that just does not resonate with our values, or with our current employees or other colleagues who have recently left us. It seems that something happened that very much frustrates you. We attach great importance to our employees and their views on how Companjon is as an employer, and we always seek an honest and open exchange at any opportunity. As a result, we would like to offer you the chance to speak with us in person about the issues that you raise in your review: we are always interested in constructive feedback whether good or bad. Pros

Few pros, mostly the core staff, they are great.

Cons

A lot of cons. Everything that others said it's completely true. Company's culture is rotten. A very strong German/Swiss mindset, if you are not from there you are totally excluded by the management. Very few opportunities for growth, even though it is a small start-up (it is counterintuitive). C-levels have consulting background, which makes the company be purely based on slides, no real work being done. A lot of bureaucracy for such a small company, impossible to work agile. "Tech" company but they have the tech outsourced, makes no sense, making them so slow. No learning from data and user tests (no product mindset). In general, a company that could have a lot of potential but that is not working.
