Pros
CompTIA values their employees and continues to make strides when showing that. We have wonderful work/life balance, employee benefits and opportunities to show your expertise. I am constantly touting the efforts made by our CEO for showing how much he appreciates what we do, day in and out. When I was given the offer to join the company, I was at the point in my career where I really wanted to cement myself into a forever professional home. I can say with certainty, I will do whatever it takes to continue that with CompTIA. I am constantly making friends, family and peers envious of my job!
Cons
I can't say a bad thing about working here. I have not worked elsewhere that compares in both opportunity and appreciation.
