      Pros

      No real pros. Laid back environment. Too laidback. Salesmen are very well compensated, but get fired very quickly.

      Cons

      Great product, terrible morale. You will not have a life if you work here. Very high turnover. They have a golden-goose who will never get fired despite how rude, nasty, arrogant, and inconsiderate he is. He knows too much and refuses to share his knowledge with the rest of the team. They have no real direction and employees are suffering for it.

      Great team, great benefits, the food is also very good and healthy, well-designed office.

      The commute to the main office is not so easy.
