Pros
The clinical staff is what makes this organization great. Co workers are very nice and welcoming, patients consistently comment on how well they were treated, very little workplace tension. With each clinic only having so many staff members you quickly become comfortable with each other and create a work family.
Cons
Pay is low for most positions when compared to what you could get at other institutions in town, leading to a LOT of turnover. No matter the position (reception, nursing, provider) there is a consistent trend where people stay long enough to see the pitfalls of the organization, realize they aren't being compensated as highly as they could or should be (especially to deal with the mess that management seems to be in), and make the decision to leave for more money and better run/managed organization. Overall the cons of this company: pay, hours (understaffed), questionable upper management, questionable trajectory of the company overall.
