      Pros

      One of the very few promising companies with a bright future waiting if right decisions are taken at the right time. The management encourages innovation at work & gives freedom for taking decisions in interest of the organization. Commtel asserts ethical practices & has inculcated an environment free of gender & social bias. Management places special stress on safety of women. Travel & medical allowances, Insurance, work-life are all great plus. Carved a niche by creating a near MNC type work environment for a medium-sized company.

      Cons

      Most of the top management lack major industry experience, modern skills & professional management qualifications. Limited knowledge of latest technologies & emerging markets. Projects Group is notorious for spoiling hard won projects and works only on management secured projects with the single goal of pleasing top management. Most employees come thru reference rather than competitive employee selection processes, hence group-ism, coterie culture & sycophancy is slowly seeping in.
