It's a great company that really cares about the environment and sustainability. Pretty supportive in terms of flexible working arrangements to accommodate for staff having other commitments and promoting good work-life balance. Really great team environment - the people feel more like friends than colleagues.
Cons
Sometimes there are issues with understaffing in particular stores and departments.
