      Good learning experience I cant think of any other

      1. Favoritism .Managers only favor some people and appreciate them no matter how hard you work 2. Not a safe place for women to work 3. Management is very biased with opinions 4. No organised processes 5. Boring work environment

      Pros

      Flexible work timings your manager will ensure you work as per his / her timings. Salary is a good thing here. Apart from that couldn't find anything impressive.

      Cons

      Never work in this comp. Your manager never give you training properly and He/ She pressurize you for your work and target. Call you around at 11.00 PM at night to know your progress. And If you Complain about your Manager management, management will never wanted to understand your point and they will treat you like an animal. "NOTHING TO LEARN IN THIS COMPANY" you will not get allowances on time. Who are reading this review Plz don't even think to work in this company .

      Pros

      Flexible work timings (but that's just an illusion), your manager will ensure you work as per his / her timings. Extended weekend policy. Good work life balance

      Cons

      SEnior management is extremely biased and it can be really unnerving at times. There is no growth as there is extreme levels of politics . The company has no direction, hence roles are not fixed. They may even make u do the job of an office boy incase they dont have one. Mid level employees are considered as step children and they are actually made to do tasks like get print outs, scan documents, send courier etc. there is no proper and sufficient sanitation facility for girls. HR will cheat you at every possible level.
