Pros

Flexible Hours Snacks and Drinks Provided

Cons

All of the traditional start up pains are present within CG. The management team is young and inexperienced and have not been provided with any functional management training. Therefore, they are incapable of providing you with any helpful critical feedback, instead your performance will be critiqued by if you meet their in-clique standards. Management also manages remotely, which is completely dysfunctional. The executive team opens properties quickly, and then leaves you high and dry once you open. Questions that we had to raise outside of our property were slow to get answered. You’re expected to bring in members without any sort of a cohesive marketing or sales plan. The “ Membership Development Executive” is completely useless and never had any answers, was frequently late to his own scheduled meetings, and never provided any tangible or substantive methods for actually developing membership. Stay far, far away from this company. They built up too fast and promised too much. They’re an absolute disaster.
