Management ruined the culture and push away excellent workers.

People & Culture head who only knows how to stir the pot has completely spoilt the workplace culture. The MD is so old-school, there’s no vision on how to move forward. People who question authority either get isolated or pushed onto forced leave, and then quietly phased out — creating a very unhealthy work environment. Those who question things rarely come back, and their departures aren’t even communicated, as if they never existed. Good to see the negative feedback coming through — at least that feels like a true reflection. The positive ones? Pretty sure they’re posted internally by the HR team… not much relevance there.
