      Good company, but with loth gaps to fill with improvements

      Pros

      Great colleagues Very good life/work balance Flexible working hours and one day in a month is Friday to work from home. You need to learn a lot by yourself and bad on boarding process.

      Cons

      Entire management structure can be improved. Communication between sectors is sometimes just like war field Focusing more on numbers, and they look at you through that prism. Too often changes are happening on the top of the management to lower management. Company is owned by Hrvatski Telekom, but they are resisting their policies and that leads often to "war field" between mother company and daughter company.
