Pros
There was some wonderful colleagues but no one stays due to bad people management and poor practices.
Cons
This company has the highest staff turnover of anywhere I've worked and when issues are brought up, they are swiftly ignored and you are made feel like the issue for addressing it. There is no point in having any experience or skillset because experienced people are not listened to and hired as box-ticking exercises. Zero advancement or career prospects and its a very toxic culture of dont discuss and dont speak up. Very disturbing lack of empathy for staff at a human level so its wise to avoid all job offers or promises of flexibility or support - they dont exist. Managers have zero capacity to be allowed manage teams and it all feels very old-school, dinosaur type company with practices that belong back in the 50s.
