      Pros

      Great people and the basis of a good idea for a product with a real need

      Cons

      The senior leadership team is very weak. Constant changes of direction mean it takes an age to get anything done, nothing is certain and it's hard to plan. They are secretive, thin-skinned and dislike consultation. They're burning through executives who 'don't fit' and at some point they'll work out the problem is them. It may be possible for me to make money at Coincover but it'll be despite their best efforts if I do. It's incredibly sad and frustrating.

      Dishonest, unscrupulous, deranged behaviour

      A few genuinely lovely people who made my time here bearable, thank you!

      Cons

      Leaders are money-grubbing, egotistical, shallow people. They treat employees horribly, belittling them in group settings & manage by bullying. They promise the world, then create an impossible hell due to their own incompetence. Employees are forced to throw each other under the bus or risk being fired on a whim, like many before them. Look on LinkedIn, the average tenure is 4 months!!! New employees & investors beware! Talk to current or former employees before getting involved.

      Great product/service but poor management

      Majority of the team are great employees who work hard to further the business

      Cons

      - Poor upper management who don't seem to appreciate the hard work of employees - Upper management does not listen to employees in regards to workplace complaints and suggestions - From my experience, poor communication between upper management and some of the team - From my experience, a toxic work environment that is not addressed
