Extremely critical peer group and catty environment not conducive to the business and professional growth. While it may seem like a hip and fun place to work at on the onset, it is actually completely bereft of any peer-to-peer respect or professionalism. Although they have a good leg to stand on in Ireland, they are technically a small start-up new to the Bay Area (when I left them they only have 1 client, although a big name in the Bay Area). Leads to a very disorganized business model that puts your well being (emotionally, monetary, and physically) at risk. Management puts their faith in the wrong people internally and they always seem like they are just half a step ahead of where the business needs to be. The pay is peanuts in San Francisco.
