      Pros

      - ideal fit for me personally since I have background in oil and gas and signal processing - great benefits including flexibility to work from home and the office whenever I want - great PTO - ability to work across several heavy-asset industries - work is value-add driven

      Cons

      - I wish the company distributed more equity - the training is typically on the job - sometimes you have to put very long hours
