Pros
Salary will be credited on time. MacBook's for work.
Cons
Work timings are hectic. People come by 10 AM and works till 8 or 9 PM. Very rarely I have seen people leave at 7. Within a month of joining you have to self learn about js, ruby, & rails. After a month, your work starts. If you are lucky enough, you will get into some existing projects. But, if you were assigned in some new project or you have been sent as an engineer to other companies on a contract basis, then you are done. In either of these cases, the client companies will be asking for an interview with the developer. But the thing is that you will be mentioned as an Engineer with a 2-year experience when you might have not even completed 2 or 3 months. In case you fail, you will have another chance with some other project. Next time if the same thing happens you will be fired. Even if you got through the client interview, you will be depressed as you can't match a 2 year experienced. These things happened when I was working there, and 2 people were fired and 1 person left. Before every appraisal 2 or 3 people will be fired. Firing is not based on talents but based on the project you were working. If the project is moving out of their hands, then even God can't save you. As a developer, you will suffer as you won't have support from senior developers, who were very less in number. You won't even have a chance to know about good coding standards or writing Test-driven development etc.., due to which you might suffer getting an offer, when you were thinking to change the company. Since it is a service based company you will be doing CRUD operations mostly and your life becomes monotonic. You will be switched across projects very often. You will be underpaid as an intern and also as an FTE. No WFH policy and your leave requests will also get rejected quite often. Advice to current/future employees: Come by 10 AM and leave by 7 PM. Learn things fast and quit the company fast(after the intern period). Don't get lured by the initial offer(4L or 5L) they give. Think about the future and decide.
