The best part i liked about this company is the job satisfaction i get out of it, every day while returning home, you'll feel better about yourself as a professional (Provided you are pro-active). Good salary after recent changes on variable pay, good knowledge management system helps to learn new things, good top leadership, very good infrastructure and amenities. Qualifications and Merit are given higher considerations. Job security is better than most of the other companies, if you are a smart and hard worker. Some of the projects I have worked in were very challenging and provides a lot of learning opportunity. The company is, quite literally, "Powered by Intellect and Driven by Values" which has been the motto of the company since its inception. Knowledge Repository is a great way devised to create a pool of knowledge for everyone to add and learn from. The training period was quite an amazing experience and literally could be termed as a Golden Period of one's career.

Most of the projects are really good in technical terms and gives you a great exposure in terms of client interaction and also in meeting out their needs. As far as management and the policies are concerned, there is not much of office politics here, everyone sticks to their own business and mind their own work.

They provide you excellent training, which teaches you everything from coding to database in a period of just 4 months. The working environment is awesome and support of seniors is amazing. You will enjoy the job after training, once you have a good project in hand and plenty of time for yourself. Office culture is really good as everybody is co-operative and obliging. You got to make a lot effort on your own for personal growth, which of course is necessary for an individual’s growth in any company. You get lot of opportunity to show leadership qualities. There are no dearth of opportunities that you will be given, its up to you how you grab those opportunities and better your career. Team work is done at its best, good scope of learning new technologies. A lot of freedom is given to be innovative and to give your best. Despite the busy schedule of the projects, people have the energy and motivation to make a difference.

Company has a superb training program. You get to learn some really cool and latest technologies. I was involved in the project development team, so my overall experience was good. There is plenty of scope to learn new tools within your domain that really adds to your overall profile. I got good and supportive managers who always paid attention to my requests and aspirations. There is a lot more focus to understand the business side, needs of the project and that can be interesting as you really get involved and get to know how your work is adding value to the client. This tends to make your work a little passionate as you clearly have better understanding of the implications of the code you write.
