Pros

Decent package and one side travel expense.

Cons

There is no proper guidance from the employer/management, 12 hours of work in a day and upon that no appreciation. They want the employee to be available 24 hours * 7 days. They can assign random classes anytime and move from one location to another time with no proper reason.

Pros

DSA becomes strong Good as a fresher's job as you get to learn a lot If you want to remain in Ed tech then it might be good place to stay.

Cons

Once a batch is over. You are teaching the same thing over n over. It becomes repetitive. Not good if you don't like making videos. Multiple batches back to back. One has hardly any time left. It gets too hectic. There is no concept of holidays or leaves. When you ask for leave they make it feel like you're committing a crime.
