      People Leadership Technology Management Values Working at this company completely changed the perspective I had. This company genuinely puts people first while at the same time striving to achieve better products for its clients. From the very first moment I stepped into this company, I felt nothing but at home surrounded by passionate people while being professional at the same time. Even in hard times, communication from management was transparent and honest, which I greatly appreciated. Honesty, Flexibility, Passion, and being human are values that deeply resonate with me, and I feel like they are being met in Codility. Very happy with where I am.

      * extraordinary working culture based on feedback and clear internal rules * empowerment to impact Codility since first day of working * Codility proved it can immediately adapt to unpredictable scenarios * many experienced programmers you can learn from * maintainable codebase - you can still sleep well, even after touching some ancient code :) * cutting edge technologies used for implementation of new features

      * company participate in fierce competition, market is not the easiest * compensation offered by other companies seems to be higher for similar, engineering positions
