Pros
The only workplace that I have been a part of where there is complete transparency between senior management and staff. Ideas are encouraged, free flowing, and taken into consideration – even hiring decisions. The team is taken into account first and foremost when hiring decisions are made based on staff input and how the person will gel within the team. Self-starters are a MUST. There is no micro management. Everyone is expected to perform to the best of their individual ability without excuses. In order to enjoy your own success, you must be your own problem solver. Senior management allows each person complete autonomy in making decisions which has allowed me to personally grow into my role and perform at a high level.
