      Pros

      * Great team! Everyone is helpful, empathetic and exceptionally talented, so growing together with the company is so so easy. * Flexible working hours. As long as the job is done, you're free to do it any time of day or night. * Great compensation, gear and unlimited PTOs. * Fast-paced environment that lets you be involved in everything, as well as see results of your work in no time. * Amazing product and company mission to stand behind.

      Cons

      * Startup environment might not be for you if you require constant supervision and can't make on-the-spot decisions. * It's difficult to get together on a regular basis when working in a fully distributed team.

      * Very flexible working schedule and work in general * Opportunity to contribute to the product and see results of your work shortly * Awesome people that are really felt like a second family for you * Competitive compensation, as well as an opportunity to get stock options annually * Senior management is very experienced and trusted, they have proven the ability to lead the company within the past few years * Last, but not the least - great product that can really change the world!

      Cons

      * Full remote work in all countries except Armenia that might not work for everyone (however, it might be a pros at the same time) * Startup culture that might not work for everyone - things change really fast, so you should be prepared to work in a rapidly changing environment, as the company grow
