      Pros

      Strong collaborative culture between different departments. Growth opportunities are significant as the teams continue to expand. Great spot for someone looking to build from the ground up and advance their skills in an environment where they are given the freedom to do so. Equity for all employees is always a bonus

      Cons

      As a startup, the work requires employees who are driven, resilient self-starters. Not a good fit for those who are not a good fit for those who don't have that drive

      Pros

      This is a start up so there are a lot of growth opportunities, we're a close knit team and genuinely enjoy each other's company. Leadership team is supportive and very approachable. Company pays for lunch and snacks!

      Cons

      Start up world is not for everyone, so individuals shouldn't join if they want to "coast along" doing little-to-nothing!
